About Me


I help forward-thinking business leaders connect with their innate wellbeing and source of wisdom to create happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. I love this work as it shifts people from fear to love and opens them up to make powerful positive changes in themselves, their organisation and the world. I believe that how happy people are at work impacts a business’s bottom line and has a ripple effect on success.

My background as a medical doctor, best selling author and TEDx speaker means leaders get the added benefit of a simple and clear approach to a much deeper understanding of wellbeing, the mind-body connection and how much they matter in shaping things for good.  

Throughout 20 years as a medical doctor, including 10 years as an emergency medicine consultant, I've seen first-hand the end result of stress and how it affects our physical, emotional and professional health. I've also met incredibly inspiring people who have overcome remarkable health challenges, and outlined this in my TEDx talk, which you can find here ---> 

I now love working with business leaders and teams who genuinely care about wellbeing for themselves and the people they work with.
